Ripple makes managed IT feel approachable. My job was to make sure the design did too.

Context

The Brief

Ripple came to Marketwake with a fresh rebrand and a clear position: IT for the People. The work was about carrying that through into every digital touchpoint — web, email, and LinkedIn ads — so the brand felt consistent and alive.

Fear-driven messaging is the default in IT. Ripple wanted none of it.

Web

The website refresh built on their new brand system. I refined layouts, hierarchy, and components to improve clarity across the site, making sure the design held up at every level and felt like it belonged to the same brand that showed up everywhere else.

Email and Ads

This is where the personality had room to breathe. Campaigns leaned into wit and relatability, using playful metaphors and light humour to make complex IT moments feel human. The tone stayed calm and confident throughout.

The Through Line

Every asset pointed back to the same idea: IT does not have to be intimidating. Ripple already knew that. The design just had to say it clearly.
