Ripple makes managed IT feel approachable. My job was to make sure the design did too.
Ripple came to Marketwake with a fresh rebrand and a clear position: IT for the People. The work was about carrying that through into every digital touchpoint — web, email, and LinkedIn ads — so the brand felt consistent and alive.
Fear-driven messaging is the default in IT. Ripple wanted none of it.
The website refresh built on their new brand system. I refined layouts, hierarchy, and components to improve clarity across the site, making sure the design held up at every level and felt like it belonged to the same brand that showed up everywhere else.
